In order to start the search, purchase, and construction of a home and tool for the gospel ministry, Amazing Grace is starting a capital campaign for a full time ministry facility:

Building on Grace.

Our church body, WELS, generously offers grants of up to $750k for the total project. One of the grants is for acquiring land and the other is for the church building. In order to utilize these grants most effectively, our church needs to raise $500k.

In this campaign, we are asking our members and friends of Amazing Grace Amarillo to give above and beyond their normal offerings, whether that is a one-time gift or a commitment over the next 12 months.

OUR FUNDRAISING GOAL

Reaching $500,000, our Capital Campaign goal, by September 7, 2025, will allow us to fully utilize our grants, gain approval to search, and acquire a future location and building.

Donation Matching

For land acquisition, the grant allows every dollar to be matched 4-1 up to $100k of gifted dollars.

After $100k of gifted dollars is reached, the grant allows every dollar to be matched 2-1 up to an additional $200k of gifted dollars.

We praise God for his faithfulness during the first few years of ministry and are excited to move into our future location to spread the message of God’s Grace to our community.
